Review content:
I've been taking water with Silver Springs for about 7 months now and have nothing but good experiences. At first I had a question about how the billing works and called their office after hours and got an immediate response from a supervisor who monitors the messages even after hours.\r
\r
My driver is friendly and even when I got a little behind on my bill, they still worked with me on payments and did not stop delivering to my house when my bill was past due. \r
\r
Since I've been taking their Alkaline water which was recommended by my doctor, I've also noticed my sore joints I've had since 5 year ago (from sports) are gone completely. Their Alkaline water may be more than the average bottled water sold in Vegas, but I find it well worth a few extra dollars.\r
\r
Finally the best thing I find about their company when I signed up for the service is having no contracts. What's with that? All the companies in town have contracts. Even if you don't like you water or service, you are still stuck. When I called for new service, I was told I could cancel service with no fees right after taking my first delivery - which why would I? Best tasting water in my own opinion.\r
