We sold a single dwelling house and downsized to a condo. The condo was absolutely in need of everything. It was badly designed, and it had all kinds of things wrong with it. We only had 2 weeks from the time we sold our house to get the condo completely redone.
Art, at Artwork Remodeling, essentially did a 5 week project in just 2 weeks. He told us that he doesn't usually have multiple guys working on projects simultaneously, but sometimes we would have 2 or 3 guys doing different things at the condo. He had them organized to a T.
Art is very flexible with his pricing. He really is open, honest, and candid. When doing the painting, he let me know that because of the type of paint he had way underestimated the price of the job. The paint needed many more layers than he had expected originally. I told him to give me an updated quote of what it should be, but he said that he was sticking to what he told me. He asked if I could just take care of the paint, he would cover all the labor. In other words, he is extremely fair and flexible.
The condo looks fabulous. We have some problems, but none of his doing. In fact, I recommended Artwork Remodeling to the housing association to fix the other issues in the condo.
Everything he did was fantastic. They redid the whole kitchen including tile, cabinets, and stainless steel outlets. He also came up with a solution to put the vent for our dryer in the wall as opposed to on the floor, where it was previously. The dryer works beautifully now.
I have worked with horrible contractors in the past, and this was a totally opposite experience. Artwork Remodeling did an outstanding job.
