Just bought a house, wanted to update/restore the backyard. Bought a new hot tub, wanted to do the electrical and concrete slab - and I wanted everything done right the first time. We started with a walk through, detailing all the things I wanted to do (to my backyard). Mr Silver was helpful and polite, giving suggested solutions to problems I was pointing out. A 3-D model of the backyard was created, we experimented with a few changes, and sat down to brass taxes.
After a week of exchanging emails about the 3-D design,we sat down with a finished vision. We went through the itemized list, cut a few ideas, changed some others - and signed the contract. A week later, on the start date, the team showed up and got to work - they arrive at 7 am every day of the week, leave at 3:30, and work right through the day. They are very aware that construction noise would not ingratiate me with my neighbors, and keep the noise down till about 9 am - no jackhammers till then! Honestly, aside from the machine noise, they are a very quiet group.
The plant arrangement suggested was very attractive, but we wanted to change a few plants here and there (before they were ordered!)- absolutely not a problem, gave Mr Silver plenty of warning and we got exactly what we wanted. Before every major step, like concrete pouring, Mr Silver would walk the yard with us and make sure all the details were right - the concrete was in the right spots, the plant beds were the right size, etc.
Before this project my backyard was a swampy mess. The additional drainage being added, something I hadn't considered but was suggest by Mr Silver, has REALLY improved the look and feel.
At every step of the project, Mr Silver was available and helpful. The work is top notch, I won't have to change anything and the experience was great - I highly recommend this company! I see why they win so many awards!
