I bought a car here last month. I didn't want to do the whole hard sell cars sales process, so after doing research realized that I could do the whole sale online. I e-mailed Lake City as well as other auto dealerships and after communicating with Rebecca at Lake City, I decided to go and look at a car at Lake City. Rebecca wasn't available when I got there, so she left me with the other Internet Sales Associate, Christian.
From the time I met Christian to the time I actually bought the car, it was a great experience. There was no hard sell and Christian even told me that I qualified for a $1000 mfg's rebate. When I asked him to hold the car for me while I waited for a parking spot at my apartment building, he was able to do it. When I needed a letter at the last minute for my insurance company, he provided it.
Rebecca and Christian are great and I would recommend them with no reservations.
