Review content:
2J's Automotive has always treated me just super. They are super nice but sometimes they are just too busy. They delayed the fuel pump replacement I requested, and I was their first customer ever.
I saw the grand opening in the paper and decided to go since Jay said he had had experience with my particular problem. He fixed it my problem and I have been going ever since.
The son is really good, but the new guy doesn't take instructions really well. I had tried to fill up my tank, but the fuel gauge wouldn't go up. I explained to the new guy that my fuel gauge didn't work, so I wanted to change my fuel pump and my fuel gauge. Jay called me back later and said that he couldn't change the fuel pump because my tank was full of gas--I guess he was surprised because my gauge said it was empty, but that's exactly why I had brought the car in. Basically, there was a mis-communication and the information was not properly relayed to Jay. I could have had this job done six weeks ago if the new guy had listened. He also took down my number wrong, so there was a delay since no one could get in touch with me. But maybe it was his first day on the job.
All that being said, I would never consider going to anyone else but 2J's Automotive if I can. I would definitely go to Jay's again.

RESPONSE FROM 2J's Automotive:
Since this event we have contacted Mr. Oneil as we do all of our customers. It is our policy to contact our customers after each visit to our facility to follow up on their experience while their vehicle was here. I indicated that yes there was a mis-communication and we have to continue to train our front office personell so this does not happen again.
