We went to the restaurant at 11 Pm and was not so busy, but we had to wait about 15 min just for the server to take our bevereges order,\r
when he took it, we had to wait more 10 min... so we start to pay atenttion how many people were working, and we found out that were only 2 people working pluss the sushi man... \r
So we were thinking that the problem was the manager, because what kind of manager puts only 2 people to work.\r
Well after all the waiting we finally made our order and guess what...\r
we wait about 35 min to eat... and when we ask for another kind of drink, the rude guy said ` The drink is gonna take a while because I am busy`... \r
I couldn`t believe in what I was listening what kind of server was that..\r
well after that we ate and I was hungry so I was looking for the server and I could not find him, \r
when I finally found him he passed througt my table and went outside for a cigarret.... UNBELIEVEBLE.... \r
so he came to our table after the cigarret and start to take the plates and when I was about to ask for more food he just walk away... \r
after more waiting he came back and we ask for the bill, and after that terrible experience we had to pay 20% of tip. And I went to the closest MC Donald`s and the service was great and I didn`t have to tip the guy.\r
I have 3 years of Texas and I have never had a bad service like that.... the server was just amateur, rude and sarcastic.... \r
the food was good but restaurant for me is like a combo,\r
everything walks together if the food is goog but the service is the worse I would never come back and for sure I will tell everyone that I know to not go in that place.\r
Terrible service. Rude and Amateur people.
