Review content:
We showed up for fathers day lunch from San Antonio (30 minute drive) and were told there would be a 35 minute wait. Over an hour later we were seated by their incredibly unhelpful and rude hostesses, only to wait for our waiter another 10 minutes. When drinks finally arrived that turned out to be the only part of the meal that was correct. One of the orders was not put in and didn' t come out for over 20 minutes by which time we had it to go because no one could stand to be at that location another minute and my 17 month old and pregnant wife couldn't handle the heat any longer. The manager was absolutely useless and were it my restaurant I would rethink my HR policies altogether. Single worst restaurant experience of my life. Words cannot express how rude the staff was and how unsatisfying the whole experience turned out to be. I have never asked to speak to a manager before in my life so that gives you some idea of my level of frustration.
Pros: Rude service overshadows everything else
