I recommend Top Tech Auto all the time. They don't try to sell you something you don't need. Dennis, the head mechanic, is really thorough as far as seeing things. I have taken several cars there for evaluation before purchase, and he has caught things I haven't noticed.
He is really good at diagnosis and being fast and thorough. He will tell me what it is I need and give a good idea of the cost breakdown beforehand. He does not try to sell me things that aren't necessary in the immediate future.
