Review content:
We ordered take-out from PF Chang's. When we got home we realized that we only had received half of our order. We called the restaurant and they were extremely apologetic for the mistake. They offered to credit us for our meal and promised to have the missing items ready for us promptly.
When we got in the car we were discussing how well this was handled and were a little disappointing that they hadn't offered to remake the entire meal in lieu of the generous credit as it had been 45 minutes or so since we had originally picked up the order.
Upon picking up the meal, the manager, Robert informed us that they had remade the entire meal for us to ensure our dinner was hot.
The entire staff was very friendly and as always, the food was excellent. We will definitely return and look forward to dining in next time.
