As a person that work's 8-5, it is hard to find a good shop that will work with you to get what you need. Dave actually had stayed late and did the repair himself on my car. This is a shop that cares about his customers and I could see using him as a lifetime mechanic.
The prices for tires really are the best and you get what you pay for. He always requests you get a quote in person, as there are so many options, he wants to help you get the right tire for what you need, and will help go over your options.
During the repair, he showed me everything that was going wrong with the tires and rims, and was able to fix it up and fix it right. As with most shops would just slap on the new tires and not show you what you could do to help prevent future problems, this is where I feel Mongielo's really shines, and feels like a family member repairing your car and looking out for your best interest.
