Review content:
This club is all sugar coated. The management is terrible and full of nothing I son't belive they understand the health club industry in general. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE what so ever. Everything is sent to a corp who is full of rude and ignorant people who just put the blame back on the Fullerton gym so nothing is never followed through. The general staff is courteous and nice but that doesn't make up for the way the management is represented. they are shiesty people. I wouldn't sign up here unforntunately I've been conned into signing a year lease by the actual sales MANAGER who skimmed over the whole thing over the phone and in person all they want is your money that is thier mentality.....that's what I was told by the SALES manager after he explained I have the choice to remain a member or go into collections.....nice attitude!!!!BEWARE
Pros: Could be a beautiful club
