Worst service we have ever experienced. I made reservations at Chianti for a special New Year's Eve Celebration with my significant other. When we got to the restaurant we were told they had lost our reservation and the next table would not be available until 9 p.m. I put my name in for 9 p.m. and gave them my cell phone number to call in case a table became available sooner. My girlfriend and I went to a local bar for drinks to wait. At 9 p.m. I got a call and they said they were not going to be able to accomodate us at all. Chianti ruined our New Year's Eve celebration first by losing our reservation and then went back on their word and wasted our time from 7:30 to 9 during which we could have been searching for another restaurant to eat at. Zero out of 5 stars for Chianti's lack of professionalism!!!
Cons: Terrible service and very unorganized
