Businiess name:  Sommer, Scott Natural Life Ctr

Review content:
I believe Dr. Sommers is passionate about his practice, but I am not sure that his passion is geared towards his patients or his wallet. He did discover some allergies that I wasn't aware of and once I eliminated those items from my diet two months in the program, I was at least 80% improved. We continued on the program due to his discovery of other things that I would agree has helped me feel better overall. I didn't have any servere health problems, rather just minor improvements (better digestion, acne, two achy joints) Dr. Sommers seems geniune, but his approach is questionable and he speeds people thru the office. He doesn't listen to your concerns if he is busy with other patients. If I wanted to be herded, then just go to Kaiser or other HMO system. The jury is still out on his approach, but I can say that I have had great results, better sleep, more energy, loss weight, better appearance as far as skin, eyes, etc. My biggest compliant is the horrible front desk staff. The front office team has change dramatically in the 6 months. Very rarely greeted when you arrive, missing supplements, overcharged, not charged correctly. Just plain incompetence! Most of the staff seem to be barely able to do the basics in life. Wrong supplements are given out and they lack the needed items that the doctor recommends. They do not answer the phone and when you do get a hold of someone they always say that didn't get your message.Unprofessional atomsphere up front. \r \r So my question is snake oil or real? Try for yourself, but beware of getting stuck in his system of paying hundreds of dollars every month. The phony age charts that they give you that tell you ""how old you are""There are other doctors in the Sacramento area that do the NRT program (Nutritional response treatment). Just google ""Ulan Systems"" and they will give you a list for your area. He does weekly educational classes that are free, but it seems more geared towards bringing in new customers which the office can't handle any more patients due to the disorganization. Mixed emotions towards his office. Pros: Had good medical results Cons: Horrible customer Service
