Review content:
I can tell you why you have such trouble with the staff. I used to work there..for about 5 months. Even though me and another office worker were told we were the best staff they had ever had, we were both fired or let go within months for unsubstantiated reasons. I know of other people who worked there who were also let go under questionable circumstances who had done a fantastic job. When I started working there, there was one girl who spent the whole day texting. The other was 'training' me how to do the least amount of work possible. The entire office was a mess and completely disorganized. Less then a week later, I was having to run the office by myself..and had to transfer all the medical billing information over to quickbooks..a program I had never used...on my own. Within 4 months, the office was organized, we had a very good staff and our patient list had grown by 35%...all of which I had played a huge part in making happen. But because I refused to participate in a ""religious based ritual"" at our office meetings, I was fired. I know another girl who spent almost 3 years there and did a wonderful job...she was fired when she got pregnant. So basically, they only keep you around if you do everything they say..legal or not..and you don't inconvenience them. It doesn't matter how well you do your job or how much you helped increase their business. So they tend to run through new staff very fast as no one is perfect..perfect according to their standards anyway.
