Very highly recommended!!! I live in a very small studio condo in a high rise building in downtown Seattle, and not all carpet cleaners are willing to do such a small area. However, I had no problems at all scheduling an appointment. The owner, John, personally came out to clean my carpet, and he not only was extremely professional, efficient, and quick, he also took extra care to make sure that none of my wooden furniture would be damaged by the damp carpet. I have a small dog who was not happy with having a stranger in the condo (I had to hold him the entire time), but it did not bother John one bit. The price was very reasonable and my carpet came out far cleaner than I expected -- I will definitely be calling John again in the future and recommending him to all my family and friends!
