Review content:
About half the menu is very good, the rest should be trimmed. That?s not likely to happen because the staff is too busy maintaining a pace of service so slow it drives my normally patient soul absolutely mad. \r
\r
Although there?s never a lack of staff, it?s clear that most hands working at Watercourse come without experience and receive no training. You wait endlessly to be seated, place your order or to pay the bill. \r
\r
As you wait, the lack of air conditioning can drive the temperature over 90?, something that won?t do anything to keep you from boiling. But many customers ride in on single-track bicycles, pumping the place so full of hipster cool that you?ll hold back from griping to your sweaty server. \r
Pros: One of the only veggie restaurants in Denver, Some excellent dishes
Cons: Slow service, No air conditioning, No Diet Coke
