Review content:
I used to love to eat at at the Watercourse when it was on 13th. The prices were good and the food was awesome. I used to love the Setian Tacos. The decor and artwork at the old place was funky and comfortable. So, it moved over to 17th Street. The first thing I noticed is that the new place looks more like a Chipoltle than a restaurant that should be housing a Denver Vegetarian staple. The seats are cafeteria like and oh so uncomfortable. Sadly, there is NONE of the old ambience. If the food had stayed the same, I would go there but on the two or three times, we tried to like the food at the new place, it just wasn't going to happen. The Seitian tacos went from crisp and delightful to gray and dreary and inedible. The last time I ate there, it was only because we were in a big rush to get to a baseball game and it was on the way. The food was so bad, we didn't even eat it and the service was terrible. It is such a shame that Watercourse did not stay the course. I will probably never go back.
Pros: There are no longer any pros.
Cons: It has gone from great to lame since it changed locations.
