Where do I start? \r \r DO NOT LET YOUR ORDERS COME FROM HERE OR ORDER FROM THIS PLACE!\r \r First I ordered flowers for my wife for Valentines Day through FTD. The florist called the business at approx 3:30 pm to say they were on the way. After 5:00 pm which is the FTD guarantee the flowers were still not delivered. I flew 400 miles to spend Valentines Day with my wife and as I arrived I called the florist to inquire. She had to call the driver then call me back and ask if I can wait 20 minutes. The driver arrived and delivered an arrangement with the correct greeting card but I noticed that there was only 1 rose. I ordered an arrangement of 11 red roses mixed with many others. After calling the florist back again she stated that the driver delivered the wrong arrangement. She was supposed to call me back but never did. We went to the business address and gave her the wrong flowers (apparently someone else's flowers) waited for approx 40 min for the driver to deliver the correct flowers but when they arrived it got worse. The ""correct"" flowers were not even close. I ordered 17"" stems mixed and the little square vase filled with only 8"" roses were supposed to be ours? The owner said and I quote; ""But they're cute"". I said cute but not what I ordered. I wanted my $123.00 flower arrangement not the little cute ""not even close"" arrangement. Our only choice after discussing this and she wouldn't refund my money was to wait until the next day to get the flowers delivered because they were out of flowers. Needless to say they delivered an arrangement between 1-3 pm, which we weren't home until evening and the arrangement wasn't the ""better"" that I paid for with 11 stems it was the lower valued with only 7 stems. The owner probably thought 7 was more ""cute"" than the 11 that I ordered. FTD tried to have another arrangement delivered after filing a complaint the next week but the owner would not do it. Apparently, she felt the because we had to pick between 2 vases because they didn't have the correct one that she did us a favor?\r \r My advise is if you order flowers through FTD or others, refuse flowers from this florist. Unless you want what she calls ""cute"" flowers. How would you know what's delivered if you're not there to view. I'm betting she does this all the time.
