I had the Victor Cappola Hair Straightener. Followed all instructions (my 2nd time). It did not take like the first time. I call the salon and stopped in. Christina wanted to give a refund from her own pocket to which I said ""No"". Monica Ponce who is the owner was rude, disrespectful and no customer service skills. She accused me of washing my hair too soon; sweating while I worked out (I don't work out) and washing it with the wrong shampoo, etc. She would not give me a refund. She wanted to re do my hair---not acceptable. I have had so many bad hairdos. I don't want my hair to break off. I don't trust them. Monica also did bad color on my daughter's hair. She also has not gone back. She also promised to send me an email with a discount to have it redone in a few months. Never received it. Would never recommend this salon to anyone!
