I've been going to this derm for about 2.5 years. Dr. Lin is pretty good and I would still be using her if it wasn't for her god-awful office staff. On several occasions they cancelled my appointments at the last minute, but forgot to tell me. My daughter had an appointment for a 6-month skin check and they called the evening before the appt to tell me that her insurance would not cover it since she had not received an up-to-date referral from her hmo. Of course it was too late to get one, and when I suggested that they let me know at least a few days before the appt, they turned into rabid, foaming-at-the-mouth dogs and blamed me for not taking care of it. If only I had known before hand. It takes months to get a new appt at this office. The staff have been routinely rude, unapologetic when mistakes were made, and just plain stupid. It is virtually impossible to talk to the office manager to get things sorted out, since the office staff guard her like the three-headed dog in Harry Potter. Whatever happened to customer service? Get some training, for pete's sake!!! Pros: Nice fish in waiting room aquarium Cons: Tweedle-Dee and Tweedle-Dumb working the front desk
