Review content:
I've worked for years in media and consumer fraud investigations, and this dealership is by far the most flagrant example of deceptive business practice I've witnessed. Vehicles are routinely marked with LARGE sales price tags, which detract from the thousands of dollars in additional fees hidden in small print!! For instance: LARGE PRINT Buy this vehicle for 10,995... in microscopic print on the corner of the tag After $2,900 cash or trade, $500 loyalty incentive fee (which you don't qualify for), and other discounts (which nullify other incentive discounts)... so the $10,995 vehicle actually costs $14,395 + $750 + destin. charge of $580 + misc. fees.. for a grand total of $16-17k + taxes and license, of course... They also mark vehicles at extremely low ""marked down"" sales prices, only to refuse to sell the vehicle at the marked price, claiming: ""Oh... that sales tag was put there by mistake.. now let's see what we can REALLY get you into the car for..."". Avoid this dealership at all costs. During my short visit, I met 2 disgruntled customers whor were filing claims with the Attorney General, in addition to the complaint I'm currently filing. Also check the BetterBusinessBureau.. Patrick has an unsatisfactory rating, with a large number of consumer complaints over the past 3 years.. When I confronted one Jeep Sales Manager, Ron Sandler, he actually became so agitated that he lost control and began flailing and yelling.. I have pictures to document my claims, and I hope to post links here shortly.. Pros: Makes other shifty dealers look good by comparison Cons: Consumer fraud and advertising scams.. maybe more, but that's as far as I got.
