I took my cat Poncho on July 9,2010 to get shaved. I had only been there once before with my other cat. They did not follow directions but no big deal. When I picked up Poncho he was bleeding from the chest. I ran back in and yelled, ""why is my cat bleeding?"" The guy said he had lost a nail!?!?!?! I don't see why a cat should lose a nail while getting his hair shaved but anyway, I am not stupid there are 2 slices in his chest! This is not from his paw. DO NOT TAKE YOUR PETS TO ARTISTIC SALON if you love your pet. A simple shaving of a fluffy cat turned into a cat getting nails ripped out of him and two deep cuts in his chest. I will never forgive myself for bringing him there. He did not deserve that pain.
