I had tons of problems with my previous insurance carrier. Billing, could never get a hold of anyone, customer service was lousy. I was cynical towards insurance company’s period at the point before I met Jodi at Bree’s State Farm office. Their office helped me to get my bill at one set amount, they helped me to get my policies all changed over and they even gave me a “welcome” goodie bag as a new client. My faith is restored in insurance companies and I thank the Bree Buckles Agency for that.
