First, I brought my dog in to the hospital part of the clinic. our vet nurse was named Stephanie. She was very kind and compassionate with my dog and in my opinion the only good thing about Lake Norman Animal Hospital. When the doctor and owner came in he was very pushy and charged extra for things that didn't need to be done.Then around a month later I was going on a trip and needed to board my dog. I didn't think it would be as bad but it was. There were two short haired ladies there. One was short and on the heavy side, she seemed to have been bossy towards the others and not very friendly. I had booked an indoor room for my dog as he is older and is hard for him to get around. When I picked him up, he was outside in the cold, shaking and scared to death. They charged me for shots that he had already gotten and even though I picked up a day early I still had to pay for the extra day. Will not be back.
