2 years ago I was searching for an orthodontist for my son for about 69 months. After going to 5 or 6 different offices within Seminole county I was discouraged. I then spoke to a co worker and she mentioned Doctor Lach. She said he was great and the office had a wonderful, caring staff and they will take care of you by personalizing your service and treating you like an individual vs a number. When she told me they were in Oviedo I was skeptical on making the 30 minute drive from Lake Mary to be disappointed again. So I made the decision to take a chance and see what kind of customer service I would really get.. So I booked my appointment with Dr. Lach and his office manager to find out the details and have to say it was the best personalized service I have ever received from any dentist, doctor or orthodontist! I was so impressed that he even took the time to look at my teeth to give me an exam and a quote and it was not even my consultation, I was there for my son. Of course I wanted him to check my teeth!! From that day my husband and agreed to go with doctor Lach! Each and every visits has been wonderful experience for my son. He loves the rewards program, he never has once complained that the patient managers were rough with him or hurt him. They are professional and they identify any problems right away. They know what they are doing which makes him feel comfortable and he comes out smiling each time!! The patience managers are so very friendly and treat him so nice. Doctor Lach has really done a great job keeping a well organized clean office and it seems like he is able to keep a great staff. After being with Dr. Lach for 2 years it has been well worth the gas money to drive 30 mins each visit to have such phenomenal service. I wasn't able to get my braces at the time so when my son services are complete I plan on using Lach orthodontist for my treatment. I have 3 other children and if they need braces I will be bringing them to Dr. Lach. I tell everyone now about my experience and so grateful to have found them! Thanks to my referral!
