I love these guys! I went in with a vacuum problem and while they were more than happy to show me new vacuums at good prices, explaining all the pros and cons of each model, they fixed my machine for a very nominal amount and showed me how to adjust the settings (duh, who knows this stuff?) for optimal results. Thanks to their excellent service, I don't need a new vacuum at the moment, but if and when I do, I know exactly where to go.
Pros: easy parking, great service
Cons: small shop, if you like massive variety and options
