Absolutely terrible experience with Precision Paving. Called for over a week to try to get a hold of someone.. The only reason I tried so hard was because I heard they had great rates on paving.. (We actually found a different company that had great rates!). Ray Bloomquist, the owner, finally called us back about a week later and said he would come to our home the next day around noon to meet with us and give us an estimate. My husband and I canceled existing appointments, and waited for Ray to arrive. He NEVER did. We tried to get a hold of him a few different times, and were unsuccessful. My husband finally called and left a message stating we were no longer interested in doing business with Precision. Ray then called back and said he would come by the next day. We decided to allow him to complete an estimate. Ray came over almost 3 hours later than agreed. He was extremely rude, unprofessional and verbally aggressive. Ray confronted my husband in such an aggressive, forceful manner, that I readied my phone to call the police. Ray sarcastically asked about why my husband said we weren't interested in doing business if Ray was there now. Ray was extremely sarcastic and blatantly rude the entire time. When my husband explained that we were upset he did not come by the week prior as he had stated, Ray said, ""well, I was working. I work you know, see my truck? I have a job. I work."" Ray said he would email us the estimate that evening. That was over a week ago and it has still not arrived. Terrible experience!!!
