This company is really bad. Half the time they skip my street. I used to recycle, but they missed me so much I quit. I used to call, but now they leave you on hold for a half an hour. Who has time for that? The customer service people never act like they really know anything about recycling. They say they'll send someone back, but they never do. One time they refused to take my newspapers that were bundled neatly together and tied with a rope, just like the City's instruction flyer said to do. When I called, they said the newspapers should have been inside the recycling bin; but they wouldn't fit! \r \r Does anybody really know where they take the recycling? Rumpke has a recyclery in town, but where is CSI's? CSI's recyclery isn't listed in the phone book. I've called and asked if my civic group could come and see their recyclery since my city contracts with them, but they say it has to be by appointment only. I don't think they have a recyclery. Hmmm... maybe it's a question for the Eye Team!
