Even from a commercial perspective, this company is terrible. I have to place 4 calls to get service provided and am always told another excuse as why they have not do anything yet. After two (2) different go arounds with their service and customer service department, I have finally had enough. I have never spent so much of my time trying to get something serviced. After this last go around, I decided to pay the early contract termination fee just to get them out of my life. It will be money well spent! Of course, they claimed they would pick up the dumpster in 20 minutes. That was 1 1/2 hrs. ago and I am still waiting.\r

I highly recommend you spend the extra $7 to Rumpke and get the service you deserve as a customer. Your sanity will thank you for it!
Pros: Cheaper than their competitors
Cons: Not worth the savings, terrible service
