After having accounts with this bank before I moved, and now that I've returned, the service has continued to go downhill. Recently, I went to my local branch to have my name changed on my accounts. I had all the documentation, and the woman who asked me if I needed help said she could take care of it without a problem. Well, there were problems. She couldn't find her signature card file, so she called her friend and asked her to email it to her. But, her friend didn't know how to attach a file. So, she walked her through the process, only to find out somewhere along the line, the friend didn't do it correctly. After wasting my time, I finally told her I'd do this later -- she continued her conversation, handed back my papers, and that was that. No apology, no attempt to keep me there, no asking someone in the same branch for help - nothing! I was extremely angry, and when I spoke with the manager, he told me he was too busy to help, and I'd have to wait. I told him I was closing the accounts and going somewhere where my time wasn't being wasted. It was a horrible experience!
