Review content:
This is a typical medical office where the patients are talked to and treated like we are desparate for their help. Time is money in this office to be certain. I called yesterday to make an appointment with my chiropractor. The assistant speaking very, very quickly told me that he moved to another office and rattled off the phone number before I had a chance to get a pen. I said, ""Could you please wait so I can get a pen?"" And she put me on hold for three minutes. When she came back on the phone she said in a not so sincere tone ""Do you have a pen now?"" \r

Truly there are too many other choices out there to have to deal with this kind of rudeness.
