Review content:
I took my 4 year old little boy in for an ear ache. We had only one hour, and no proof of insurance as I had just qualified for medical assistance, and we hadn't received our cards.
The receptionist was extremely nice, took the information I had, and told me how to make an insurance claim when we received the bill.
We waited only about 15 minutes before we were called, and the nurse was very good with my son. She spoke to him on his level, and was very patient.
We were immediately moved to a patient room, and within minutes, the doctor came in. He was extremely nice, well versed, polite, and efficient. He quickly determined my son had a double ear infection, gave me some information, prescribed an antibiotic, and we were out of there!
The entire process took less than 35 minutes, and made everyone happy!
