I first saw the listing for the guitar I purchased on Ebay. I was very interested, so I sent an email inquiring about the possibility of bartering the price. I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly I received a response, and that they would be willing to work with me. I then contacted them by phone, and spoke with one of their representatives. He was very accomodating, and answered all questions I had regarding my purchase. I am not a rich person, so I appreciate the fact that they took the time to answer what may have seemed like stupid, but I felt, necessary questions, before I spent my hard earned money with them.
