To Ben D. and all of the folks on board at Cream City Music...bravo!!!
Classy bunch of folks!!!
This last Friday evening my wife and I drove up from Gurnee, IL to look for a guitar for her. I am teaching her to play after many years of being married...(you go girl!).
We were persuaded by your lady on the phone to take a road trip up to your store.
OK...so on our way up, we were about to give it up when we hit a bunch of lousy Friday night traffic on the interstate that accompanied us. Long snarling traffic...yuck!
But I must tell you folks...the pain in the a** of a drive melted away right after we got inside of your store, and started to check out all of the really nice guitars! Choices!!!
And, after we got back home with our new Seagull S6 and Takamine EF340 SCGN acoustic guitars (that Ben D. sold us) we really felt good about the overall experience and friendliness of your staff.
Not only do these two awesome guitars play and sound wonderful, the sincerity and appreciative attitude that we both felt about our experience at your store made the long drive worth doing.
We look forward to becoming a regular customers in the future, even though we will be putting a few more miles to do so...well worth it!
And just to cap the rap...
I have been playing this new Takamine for bunches of hours since we got back home, and I put on those new Martin strings...WOW! I can't wait to use it on stage with the band!
And I know she digs the Seagull...what a great way to get those fingers moving and groovin' with such a nice sounding instrument!
