I have been a customer of Cream City for about 10 years. They consistently have the best guitars and amps, and enthusiastic and helpful experts there to help you. My most recent purchase was an outstanding example. I purchased a used Martin acoutsic that I loved, but needed some work. Brian worked with me to get a fair price before the repairs, and I purchased the guitar and played it for about a month. I brought back a complete list of the work I wanted done, and Ron did a fantasic job fixing cracks, adjusting the neck, replacing the pickguard, all at an extremely fair price. It is my favorite guitar in my 30 years of playing, and it was because they took the time to listen to my requests and work with me to get it right. The guitar is probably worth twice what I paid for it now due to the fine work done, and I wouldn't sell it for twice that price. They are head and shoulders above any one else in the business. Joe and Jessi really care about their customers.
