I dealt with Jorge Moreno as my salesperson who was top notch. Craig Buttcher in charge of finance was extremely knowledgeable and assisted me with purchasing the right additional insurance on my vehicle. Also, the Sales Manager John Wolstromer there who helped me order my vehicle was awesome. I was really happy with their whole team. When I went into the dealership I made a specific demand that I wanted to order a new vehicle and to do it quickly. They assisted me in ordering my new Explorer and I absolutely love it. I had a Mountaineer that was totaled and as a long time Ford/Mercury owner I had decided to look around this time at other cars from other makers. I'm glad that I looked around before buying, but in the end the new Explorer Limited with the second row bucket seats sold itself and Bell Ford made it even easier. Finally, I've actually never given a public review before. I wouldn't have done it if I didn't feel so strongly about my level of satisfaction.
