Review content:
We had "issues" the first time A-1 came out to fix our open fireplace. We had the masonary cement replaced in our firebox. The serviceman did not properly prepare the surrounding area (my living room) for the job. The next year when A-1 called, after talking with a supervisor about my first experience, we decided to try A-1 again. WOW! The professionalism had improved. The serviceman had to return for a follow-up job. He was punctual, and finshed the job right on time. He gave us some helpful advice in maintaining our fireplace so we can maintain its safety between A-1 visits. We will use A-1 in the future and have recommended their service to others.
