Excellent food and excellent service.\r

Dining in this restaurant is a amazing experience. Everything we ordered was mouth-watering. We didn't know anything about Greek wine, but our server recommended a great crisp and floral wine for us. We started with the calamari, it was fried perfectly and drizzled with a garlic sauce. It doesn't even compare to anyplace I had ever eaten. We shared a house Greek salad, amazing! Don't let it fool you because it is a traditional Greek salad without lettuce. I don't know where they get their fresh vegetables but it is the best kept secret in L.A. My friend ordered the braised beef shortribs on pasta. It was the most moist and tender beef. I had the roasted chicken. It was stuffed with feta cheese and roasted. It was really juicy, tender, and delicious! Of course, we each had to have our own dessert. She ate the bougatsa, a custard in philo with homemade cinnimon ice cream. I had baby greek donuts, they were hot and crispy with greek honey, walnuts, cinnimon, with a scoop of homemade vanilla ice cream.\r
There is only one thing I would change about my experience, we should have made an earlier reservation.\r
5:30-6:30 is an ideal time. This would have left our night open to go to the movies or etc.. by the time the crowd rushes in.
Pros: excellent food and excellent service
Cons: the earlier the reservation the better
