He is not trustworthy or professional. He will take your money then not give you the promised product(s). He promises repeatedly that he will get right on it, top priority, but it is all lies!
We hired him for a 2010 summer wedding. He took our money and did not follow through with providing our printed professional wedding album and he still owes us for over $200 in prints and a 2nd photo session which we will NEVER get any value out of. We have contacted him hundreds of times. He doesn't return calls, or emails. He told us all sorts of excuses for why he hasn't given us the album and won't refund our money. First he says he's too busy.... then tells us that he spent the money on personal expenses due to his family throwing him out (not our problem!), then said he isn't a photographer anymore, yet he still has active website, is supposedly taking soccer team pictures, and his voice message says he is still a photographer with studio hours by appointment -- hard to get an appointment if he doesn't call you back! He closed the Barger Street 'studio' in 2011 and moved but didn't tell us. We tracked him down, camped on his doorstep multiple times and caught him home, so he had to talk to us. He again promised the album and pictures (that was almost a year ago) and here we still sit without our PRE PAID products. I have a lot of documentation!
We have turned him into his professional associations, who have told him he needs to take care of this. Do not take a chance with your money or risk your precious memories from this unprofessional person.
