My wool/silk area rug has seen more traffic than any other rug in our home. I really just hoped it would be noticeably improved as it has never been cleaned and we've had it for almost five years. I could not be more pleased. It looks almost new - so vibrant - it just pops. I received a very thorough analysis on the phone where Tim explained exactly what would happen and the price to expect. Pick up and delivery was on time and efficient. The cleaning methods employed are second to none. No need to go anywhere else.
