Review content:
A family member called on a Saturday afternoon and spoke with an auto specialist named Kevin about a cheap oil change and tire rotation, and he recommended coming in on Sunday morning, as they were busy. I went in the next morning, and Kevin tried to sell me services I didn’t need. In addition to performing the oil change and tire rotation I requested, he wanted to sell me new tires and a multitude of services, including an alignment, a coolant flush, transmission flush, a tune-up, a fuel system flush and power steering maintenance, all of which totaled $600. He kept coming back into the garage, trying to lower the price of all the services, putting pressure on me to call my relatives to see if they agreed with his recommendations, but I said no and kept to the services I asked for. He even mentioned that they were getting less business and they were practically giving tires away, which was a red flag for me not to trust him.\r

I went to a mechanic a few days later based on an honest mechanic’s recommendation. They kept my car overnight, and the next day we found out that there was absolutely nothing wrong with it, and it didn’t need any of the urgent services Kevin tried to sell me. Needless to say, I will never go back to Integrity. As a college student, I don’t appreciate attempts of being ripped off when money is light as it is.\r

If you want an honest mechanic that won’t overcharge you for services you need and won’t perform services you don’t need, ask for Bill at RedTop Auto (1202 E. Lynwood Drive) or Randy at R&R Tire Service (25595 E. Baseline Road). They’re two of the only mechanics in this area that you can trust.
