Review content:
Our recent stay at the Best Western Covington was the worst and nastiest place we've ever visited in our entire lives. We've traveled around the country and abroad, and have never stayed in a hotel where you had to buy cleaning supplies, in order to take a shower; walk or call the front desk for clean towels each day; search for soap to clean your body/face; and take out your own trash!\r
\r
Not once, during our entire stay did ANYONE from the hotel staff clean our rooms or remove the accumulated trash! What was that? Then to add insult to injury, on the second day when we requested towels, the front desk clerk says, ""we're out of towels, but we can wash and dry your towels and bring them back to you."" What kind of hotel/motel is out of towels?\r
\r
Had the room been cleaned the staff would have known we needed these things; would have known we needed soap; would have known the tub had hair from the previous guest in it; and would have seen the mounting trash!\r
\r
Even the check-out process was terrible. The night auditor/clerk had computer malfunctions and could not find an alternative way to process the payment . . . on the busiest weekend of the year!\r
\r
Trust us, we've already warned other family members and friends to stay away from this hotel chain, especially the one in Covington, Ga.
Pros: Easy exit off I-20
Cons: Bad customer service, no quality restaurants or attractions near the hotel
