When I initially came to this dentistry it was for a root canal. I came here because it was the most affordable root canal in my area since I didn't have insurance. Four months later, my experience with the office is still haunting me and it has been an awful road. When I initially went to my first appointment they immediately began working in my mouth without even taking any xrays to see what they were working with. After about 45 minutes they decided to do an x ray and realized they had found another canal. So they gave me antibiatics and told me to come back next week. I came back the next week and they did something (I'm not sure what) and then again, told me to come back next week. The next week I decided to just go to a specialist and I called to cancel my appointment. When I went to the specialist I found out the Family Dentistry Dentist (which by the way is not the dentist advertised to work there. It is some man with a thick middle eastern accent that I couldn't even understand.) This family dentistry dentist and put a hole in my tooth, a perforation, which was causing me a lot of pain. Later I got a bill from the family dentistry for a complete root canal. However, the specialist informed me that the root canal was barely started when I came to him, and what was started was done incorrectly. Basically this ""doctor"" caused more work than he did. Four months later I am still in pain, my root canal is finally done correctly, but I am still trying to straighten out this incorrect billing because they insist they finished the root canal, Even though I have a specialist contradicting that. And beside that, it is illegal in washington state to bill out any medical treatment until it is completed.... Needless to say, this was an awful experience. I wouldn't recommend this to *ANYONE* ever. This place is horible.
Pros: assistant was nice
Cons: ""Doctor"" barely speaks english and has no idea what he is doing, incorrect billing still trying to get straightened out.
