Review content:
My daughter and I are doing a tiny first-time tiling project, with an equally minuscule budget. We've been to Pratt & Larson a number of times to comb the outlet store for bargain tiles, and I have been happily astonished by the kindness, friendliness and helpfulness of the entire P&L staff. They know they're going to make no money from us, yet we are treated as if we are tiling every surface of our home inside and out. Such outstanding service (not to mention the huge and fabulous selection of gorgeous tiles) serves as a model to be emulated by any other business claiming a customer-driven orientation. Thanks, Pratt & Larson!
