First of all, you're more than likely to be waiting more than 5 minutes everytime you use the elevator.... they take forever! The majority of rooms are crazy small --- barely enough room for two people to live comfortably. The decorative pillows are prickly.... the ones that you use to sleep on are super soft, offer no support and are too few. They give you two bath towels and are like sandpaper. The cleaning people don't have their own ""staff"" elevator to go down on, and usually are clogging up the elevator system. No vending machines.... one ice machine on the 12th floor. I find it amusing that when you walk into the hotel, that one of the signs with ""On the Ave"" has a ""T"" missing and it reads, ""On Heave"". Pros: Location Cons: Everything else
