I would recommend Kashas Construction to anybody. They're just, first, so honest. I have never felt any doubt about their integrity, honesty, quality of work, or attention to detail. They hire excellent subcontractors, who are always here when they say they are going to be here. We were always kept in the loop, so they didn't just go days without contacting us or leave us sitting around waiting for someone who didn't show up. If someone screwed up another person's schedule, they got in contact and let us know. To me, that's really invaluable.
I have small children, so I get nervous about having people in my house. I felt really comfortable with all the people we worked with. Clearly, Kashas has foraged long term relationships with their subcontractors. I was comfortable with Les or Brian and the subcontractors as well. It was a really, really great experience.
I totally love the work. They tore out our old patio, rebuilt it with a built-in grill, installed a new pergola and shed, and refurbished our existing cover in the backyard. We went from not using our backyard much to practically living out there. I just love it. The fireplace is beautiful, and now we can roast marshmallows with our kids.
