I recently tried this restaurant with my girlfriend and two other couples. The restaurant came highly recommended from a family member of someone in our group. It was supposed to be ""a scene."" Not like any of us were pursuing ""a scene."" In fact, all we really wanted to do on a Saturday night in Bridgehampton was eat a great meal and share some laughs. All I can say is that we shared some laughs. The food was awful. My girlfriend?s fish was bland, the stuffed veal was marinated in what looked and tasted like dirty dish water and the side orders were average at best. \r \r We decided to give dessert a try thinking that maybe we could salvage a decent experience. Unfortunately, dessert proved to be just as terrible. My Cappuccino-Chocolate Creme seemed like it was left over from earlier in the week and my girlfriend's strawberry rhubarb was too tart and overdone.\r \r However, the worst part of the experience had to be the service. Our waitress was atrocious. She forgot to mention the specials (we had to ask what they were), caught an attitude every time we asked for more water and asked my girlfriend, ""Do you have a problem?"" At that point we were all stunned. The meal stunk and our waitress was an obnoxious. \r \r It?s too bad, because the place was cool inside. It was cozy and had a great bar area, even though only 2 stools were being occupied. Now I know why.\r \r
