Review content:
Overall this is a fantastic company and financial institution. Their services and financial vehicles are always outstanding and up to par. They offer great interest rates and top level dividend rates for members. Unlike many credit unions, it is very easy to become a member. And where they really shine is their outstanding customer service. SACU employees are always willing to go that extra mile for members, they make you feel like you're more than just your money.
The only part of the package that leaves something to be desired is the poor quality of the their online banking. They also have a low quality phone service.
Otherwise this is an outstanding company that I would recommend to anyone.
