Review content:
Where do I start? On our first visit, the ""nurse"" (I don't know what her credentials were because nobody in the office wears name tags and they all wear street clothes, so you can't tell who is who.) didn't even have the sense to ask my son's allergies or medications. She rolled her eyes at me when I chose to delay a vaccine that was not requried and had just been approved by the CDC a week earlier. Once when I called for a sick appointment the RECEPTIONIST tried to diagnose him over the telephone. Dr Skinner is overly dependent on an online survey that she requires all of her patients to fill out before every well visit. Apparently, she can't make a diagnosis with out it giving her suggestions. When she sees you in her office, she hides behind a laptop throughout the entire visit, only putting it down to do a physical assessment, then she picks it back up again. Finally, if you disagree with her plan of care, she won't speak to you about it, she just sends messages through her ""nurse."" After three phone calls, if you still don't agree with her, she has her Office manager call and tell you if you don't comply, you can find another pediatrician. The only reason we stayed with her practice as long as we did was because of Dr. Kelly Green. Her talents are terribly wasted at that practice and I hope she gets away from her soon so we can see her again.
