Their customer service stinks. I have had several bad experiences with different employees there. The little punk behind the counter in O'Fallon acts like he is doing you a favor by letting you walk in the door. I've dealt with him several times now and his attitude always stinks. This time he tried to blame me for a problem they had. I am now going to do all my bike shopping at Granada or Big Shark. I walked out of Momentum today and spent 500 bucks at Granada. That is money I would have spent in Momentum if he hadn't turned a 5 dollar issue into me taking my business to the competition. I plan on spending another 3,000 dollars in bike related purchases in the next few months. I won't be spending that money at Momentum. Pros: They sell bikes Cons: Bad customer service
